The advantages of modularity have made it a mainstay in automotive engineering. The use of modular Power-Stacks, each with an output of 100 kW (2x 50 kW power units), enables flexible load distribution and the possibility to increase the total power of Hyperchargers at any time in the future. Due to innovative power electronics using the latest semiconductor technology, that is within the Hypercharger Power-Stacks, an efficiency of 97.5% is achieved, resulting in low power losses. The Power-Stacks produced in-house can be integrated into two different sized housings, offering a power range from 100 kW to 400 kW in a voltage range of 150-1000 V.
